make us a highly competitive sports destination, with the choice of natural or artificial grass pitches.
Salobre Golf Football Pitch
One of our best pitches, preferred by many professional clubs for the quality of its grass, always in perfect condition.
The Salobre football pitch is located in the south of the island, next to the Salobre golf course, in an exclusive private area.
The pitch has official dimensions of 104 x 65 m. Its natural grass is Paspalum-based and overseeded with ryegrass in winter.
It is a 10-minute walk from Hotel Salobre Golf.
Maspalomas Golf Football Pitch
Another of our favourite pitches, thanks to the quality of its grass and its privileged location. The pitch lies within Maspalomas Golf, surrounded by the Maspalomas Dunes Nature Reserve.
It measures 104 metres long by 56 metres wide, and its natural grass is Paspalum-based and overseeded with ryegrass in winter.
The pitch is surrounded by 4- and 5-star hotels and apartments. The nearest complex is right next to the football pitch.
Las Burras Football Pitch
The «Las Burras» football pitch is located in San Agustín, a very quiet seafront area just 5 minutes from Playa del Inglés.
Natural grass pitch measuring 100 x 64 m.
Estadio Municipal de Maspalomas
The stadium is located in the residential area of San Fernando and has changing rooms, a gym, an athletics track, a press area, parking and more. Its official dimensions are 104 x 65 m and its natural grass is a mix of Paspalum and ryegrass.
The hotels are 5 minutes away by bus. The stadium meets all the requirements for top-level official and friendly matches. The pitch is currently being renovated, with reopening scheduled for winter 2026.
Ciudad Deportiva Barranco Seco
The Barranco Seco sports complex has 3 full-size football pitches: 2 natural grass and 1 artificial grass.
The facilities belong to UD Las Palmas, the island’s most important club, which currently competes in Spain’s top division.
The complex is in Las Palmas, 45 minutes by bus from the Maspalomas hotel area.
Ciudad Deportiva de Maspalomas
The complex has 3 eleven-a-side pitches and 1 eight-a-side pitch, all artificial grass. The nearest accommodation is right next to the sports complex.
El Tablero Football Pitch
Recently renovated eleven-a-side pitch with latest-generation artificial grass. The pitch has changing rooms and a café-bar. It is 8 minutes from Maspalomas.
Estadio Municipal El Castillo del Romeral
Recently renovated eleven-a-side pitch with latest-generation artificial grass. The pitch has a gym, changing rooms and a café-bar. It is 15 minutes from Maspalomas.
Training Equipment
We have a range of training equipment available to our teams so they can train at the highest level: balls, extra 11-a-side and 8-a-side goals, small goals, extra kits, bibs, fitness balls, BOSU balls, agility ladders, resistance bands, poles, hurdles, posts, cones, free-kick walls, football-tennis net, footvolley net, mats, dumbbells, etc.
Gyms
FGC has partnership agreements with fully equipped gyms for individual or group strength and conditioning work. The gyms are very close to the training pitches.
Thalassotherapy
FGC has a partnership agreement with Gloria T&H, one of the largest and most modern centres in Europe, with the latest technology and nearly 7,000 m2 dedicated to seawater health treatments: relaxing pools, 34 hydromassage stations, counter-current swimming, waterfalls, hydrotherapy stations, an aqua-gym pool, a high-temperature pool, an ice pool, etc.
